Delivery Guarantees

For the US, UK, and Selected Countries:
We work hard to ensure your parcel reaches you within the estimated window. If your package arrives past the scheduled time frame, let us know at hello@zuqify.com. We will gladly credit you $1 cashback along with a $5 discount voucher toward your next visit.

In very rare logistical situations (under 0.01% of all shipments) where unexpected transit complications delay an order beyond 60 days, we issue an immediate full refund. If the package turns up on your doorstep afterward, consider it our gift—you can keep it completely free.

For International Destinations (Rest of the World):
For regions outside our primary selected country list, shipments may occasionally take between 35 and 45 days depending on local clearance and regional couriers. Every package is assigned an active tracking number. If transit time exceeds 100 days, we will immediately offer you a full refund or arrange a replacement parcel via an alternative carrier. If your original shipment eventually arrives after your 100-day refund is settled, it remains yours at no charge.

Handling & Order Processing

Before dispatching, our team inspects, packages, and prepares every shipment within 1 to 3 business days. The moment your parcel is scanned into transit, you will receive an automated shipping notification with complete tracking information.

Duties, Customs & Import Fees

We take care of all regular import clearance and taxes upfront. The total displayed at checkout is the only amount you pay—there are no surprise handling fees or unexpected delivery charges at your door.

Please Note: Border clearance agencies match this identification directly to the recipient name on the label. Omitting this information at checkout can lead to customs holds, extended delays, or packages being sent back.
